SUMMARY:Fall Investment Academy Forum
DESCRIPTION:CFA Society North Carolina is a proud non-profit supporter of the Fall Investment Academy Forum taking place on October 12-13\, 2021 at The Umstead Hotel & Spa in Cary\, NC.  The Fall Forum is hosted by Academy for Institutional Investors (Formerly known as  – The Investment Institute “TII”).   Join a Community of senior level decision makers from leading endowments\, foundations\, pension funds\, hospitals\, insurance\, single family offices (SFOs)\, multi-family offices (MFOs)\, OCIOs\, consultants\, asset management firms and other financial institutions.  The Academy is known for bringing LPs and GPs together for face-to-face conversations and debate in a collegial\, comfortable\, friendly\, fun\, non-sales type of atmosphere where allocators and managers come together to share common challenges and exchange investment ideas. The Academy has fostered an environment to learn and connect with one another in a way that promotes lifelong relationships\, trust and friendships.  All Academy gatherings and forums are completely off-the-record (no press allowed) with a no-marketing policy.  Time is dedicated during the opening evening of each forum to bring everyone together for a down-to-earth\, networking dinner where members can bond and get to know one another on a more human level.  The programs cover complex issues surrounding the financial industry and the speaker faculty analyzes risk while revealing many opportunities in the current market environment.
